On-line purchasing cuts off at 4:00pm on day of show.
If you purchased tickets and chose to pick them up at Will-Call rather than have them mailed – Will-Call will be located at the front gate on the day of show. Will-Call opens about 2 hours before the show starts. If your tickets are being held at Will-Call and you would like to pick them up prior to show day – please call our box office at 800-650-TAGs to arrange pick-up. Any tickets purchased within a week of the show (by phone or on-line) will be available to you at the WILL CALL line on the day of show. Please bring a photo ID when picking up prepaid tickets.
The industry standard for an “All Ages Show” in New York State is that there are “No Age Requirements.” The Venues we contacted all stated the same verbiage which constitutes the following: No age requirement They have excellent security which enforces facility’s protocol and rules. The Management at The Summer Stage at Tag’s recommend the following: 21 and up can attend and consume alcohol. 18 and up can attend but cannot consume alcohol 18 and under can attend but we strongly recommend an adult to be with that person or group. We highly discourage dropping off any person under the age of 16 and picking them up after the show is over. We do not recommend anyone 16 and under attend the show by themselves. This will be taxing for our Security Personnel and also create difficulties for traffic trying to leave the facility. Please take proper responsibility for your child and don’t allow this to happen. In our view – the perfect scenario is for 1-4 kids under 18 years old to stay together for the entire show, in one location, with an adult above the age of 30 accompany them at all times. We understand the desire for kids 12-18 to see a show, and we want to create a safe, fun, friendly, and successful event for all involved. We hope all adults making decisions for their children under 18 will exercise good and proper judgment. We only use New York State Licensed and Certified Security for our events. As with all concerts that play at Tag’s, we notify local law enforcement agencies to all of our show dates and times. We request a local presence from them if they can provide it and in most cases they always do. Please act accordingly and safely in regards to proper decision making for all parties concerned.
Concert ticket purchases are not refundable. Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets are valid only for the event which it is issued. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are void. Ticket holders agree by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of event to which this ticket is issued. Ticket holder grants permission to organization sponsoring event and their designees to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of event. Tickets is not transferable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce a concert ticket in any form. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the same. Ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, sponsors, artists, participating ticket locations, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE EVENT, MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE A REFUND PROVIDED YOU ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT, WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT, TO ATTEND A RESCHEDULED PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME EVENT OR TO EXCHANGE THIS TICKET FOR A TICKET, COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND LOCATION, TO ANOTHER SIMILAR EVENT AS DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT. If you plan to consume adult beverages you must have legal ID and get a wristband. No ID – no wristband. Everyone gets proofed regardless of your appearance. If you do not have ID or are under 21 years of age you will have an X placed on your hands.
Yes – The Budweiser Summer Stage does have handicap parking. When you enter our parking area be sure to let the parking attendant know that you need to park in the handicap section. You will be directed to drive along the fence to the back of the stage area where there is also a handicap gate and porta-pottie.
Yes – Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome at the venue.
The use of recording devices (audio or video)is strictly forbidden during all performances. The use of a camera for still photos (not professional) is welcome unless stated by the artist.
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian at all times. Children under the age of five are not encouraged to attend performances at the facility. All patrons, regardless of age are required to have a ticket.
The Budweiser Summer Stage at Tag’s is fully accessible to persons using wheelchairs. There is an area designated for individuals in wheelchairs, handicap parking and restroom facilities. We can accommodate people with most disabilities. If you have specific needs you are welcome to call 800-650-TAGS to see what we can do to assist you.
The Budweiser Summer Stage at Tag’s does not encourage patrons to lodge on premise the night of a performance. The parking area is used for other local activities and events during the season and must be available to these groups first thing in the morning. Patrons are not permitted to bring food or beverages through the ticket gates. Our facility is proud to provide you with all the necessities for a great evening out, affordably priced food, and full outdoor bar areas located throughout the facility. Coffee is available through the food Hut and non-alcoholic beverages are also available. Food available at our concerts: Funnel Cakes, Salt Potatoes, Soft Pretzels, Nachos with cheese, Curly Fries with Cheese, Jumbo Hot Dog, Chicken Spiedies with Cheese, Sausage with peppers & onions & Cheeseburgers.
As they say, “The show will go on, rain or shine.” The stage is protected by a roof, making it possible for the artists to perform no matter what the weather is doing. You are welcome to bring rain gear.
We have a ticket system for food and drinks. You must go purchase certain tickets based on what you want at one of our ticket stations then take it to the bar or the food hut. We do this because it gets so busy our bartenders and food servers can run at a faster pace if they only have to worry about getting a ticket and not cash.
Smoking is allowed on any part of the outdoor facility. Though, we do ask for you to respect other non-smoking patrons to insure that a good time is had by all attending the performance.
Parking is available on a first come – first serve basis. There is a small fee which varies by show. Part of the proceeds go to the organization that will help you to efficiently find a parking spot in the field located next to the facility. We request that you respect the directions of the parking staff.
This could be for a variety of reasons. The most frequent is that the customer did not choose the “Print from Home” delivery option when they purchased their tickets on-line. If you purchased your tickets by phone possibly the operator chose the wrong delivery option for you. In which case you can call our office and we can fix it for you. If you purchased you tickets at our location that option would not be available to you.

Purchasing Reserved Tickets On-Line

When I click the “view details” button to print my tickets from home the main ticket portal page shows up in the window instead of the tickets. What do I do?

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the Tools button, and then click Pop-up Blocker.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To turn off Pop-up Blocker, click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
    • To turn on Pop-up Blocker, click Turn On Pop-up Blocker.
How do I print my tickets at home?

If you chose “Print at home” as the delivery method please follow these steps:

Log into Tagstickets portal
https://boxoffice.tagstickets.com
Sign into your account
Click My History
You will see the transaction
Click on details
This will bring up your receipt
In the top left corner of your receipt you will see view tickets
Click that and the image of your tickets will come up.
Click on the printer icon to print.
