RATT – is an American glam metal group formed in Los Angeles, CA and initially featured Stephen Pearcy, Robbin Crosby, Warren DeMartini, Juan Croucier, and Bobby ‘The Blotz’ Blotzer. They evolved out of 70’s band Mickey Ratt, transforming into their present form in 1983, and embraced the Sunset Strip blend of pop hooks mixed with aggressive rock. Hitting a slick sound similar to the power pop of Cheap Trick as well as the metal of Iron Maiden, the band is best known for the multi-platinum album smashes ‘Out of the Cellar‘ and ‘Invasion of Your Privacy‘.

Warrant – is a glam metal band from Los Angeles, California that enjoyed its greatest success in 1990 with the album ‘Cherry Pie‘. Spearheaded by front man Jani Lane, the band’s brand of metal was often loud, cheesy, sex-obsessed, and usually delivered with a mischievous sense of humor. The generally lighthearted band became known for raucous party anthems (such as “Down Boys” and “Cherry Pie“) but also featured a versatility producing sentimental, melodic power ballads (such as “Bed of Roses“, “Heaven“, and “I Saw Red“). Formed in 1984, Jani Lane, Erik Turner, Joey Allen, Jerry Dixon, and Steven Sweet. In 1988, Warrant signed a contract with Columbia Records.

KIX – an American hard rock band, being best known for the popular singles “Blow My Fuse“, “Cold Blood“, and “Don’t Close Your Eyes“. Carving out a nice niche in the booming 80s glam metal movement. Led by frontman Steve Whiteman and creative mastermind/bassist Donnie Purnell, the band rounded itself out by taking in drummer Jimmy Chalfant as well as guitarists Ronnie Younkins (nicknamed “10/10”) and Brian “Damage” Forsythe. Although often viewed as a part of the booming 80s heavy music scene, the guys featured more of a brash style reminiscent of AC/DC that mixed a tough attitude with catchy hooks, carving a nice niche for themselves.

Firehouse – FireHouse is an American glam metal band formed in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1989. The band reached stardom during the early 1990s with hit singles like “Don’t Treat Me Bad” and “All She Wrote”, as well as their signature ballads “I Live My Life for You”, “Love of a Lifetime”, and “When I Look Into Your Eyes”. At the 1992 American Music Awards, FireHouse won the award for Favorite Heavy Metal/Hard Rock New Artist; chosen over Nirvana and Alice in Chains.
